Today was fun because we went to Humble hearts. Humble hearts was a deaf school but some of the kids were not deaf. All of them, deaf or not, were very happy to see us and very nice. We even got a wooden piggy bank from them. I’m very glad I decided to go on this mission trip. Candlelight school was in Kayole slums. Even though it was in the slums it still had really nice kids and teachers. We had the meeting first and it was very long and boring but kind of interesting. Yesterday, I went on a field trip with Pastor Brown’s school. I made about 6 new friends that were very nice. We went to a crocodile, giraffe, and ostrich farm and also got to touch the giraffe and crocodile. We got to go boating for one minute with the whole school then we went to a fast merry go round and that was very fun. Then we went to a flower garden and huts and got to see one of President Obama’s tribe’s dance. Then we went home.
